Numerous sources are referring to 2010-2012 as a generational buying opportunity. You may have noticed over the course of the last month or so, we’re starting to see some optimism growing in the housing market. Media outlets are including forward-looking sentiments in their housing-related reports rather than focusing on the past conditions, and many reporters are starting to talk about this year and next year as being likely to outperform 2011. As optimistic sentiment continues to gain momentum in the marketplace, I thought I would share a few key points.
