We Are Hear to Help! Preview our newest commercial!

The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate is continuing their multi-media advertising campaigns by ramping up their television advertising this summer. The team debuted a new commercial after the 4th of July holiday. The Maryland real estate company will begin airing a 30-second commercial focused on helping first time Maryland home buyers. The spot is dubbed “We Are Here to Help.” The process of shopping for a home today is an emotional, absorbing, and collaborative experience. And one that is driven by technology and online information. The Northrop’s new television campaign shows real clients who chose The Creig Northrop Team to help them buy their very first home in Federal Hill, Baltimore, MD. “The couple was recently married and had been saving money for a down payment. When it came time to move, they were very appreciative of the moving truck our team offers because it’s free,” says Creig Northrop. “It costs roughly around $500-$1000 to hire a moving company or rent a moving truck.” That’s money a first time home buyer could use to buy furniture or put towards remodeling expenses, Northrop continued. “Many times, buyers think we only work the high-end real estate market and that is not the case. Our average sales price so far this year is $422,000.” Preview all the Team's commercials on The Creig Northrop Team YouTube Channel. The Creig Northrop Team chose to work with “Wound-Up Productions” who has a studio based locally on the east coast and a 2nd studio located in Denver, CO. Wound Up Productions has produced spots for clients such as Continental Airlines, IKEA, Hard Times Café, Home & Patio Saltbox, and more.
