rhonda o'guinn was our agent. i cannot say enough about how pleased we were to have her. there were a number of times when things looked shaky but she always managed to know the right thing to do. she is also wonderful to work with. she is very patient and supportive and knows how to deal with all types of people. i never had to deal with the difficulties myself as she had the answer. although we are glad that everything turned out we were said to have to say good bye to rhonda. she is an excellent agent.i cannot say enough here: there were 3 houses involved in this transaction and the sale of my house was particularly difficult. on the day before closing rhonda co-ordinated with 3 vendors to complete work and paid one of them from here on funds. now that is something. if we were ever to need buy or sell real estate we'd want her to be our agent.

although we didn't have a lot of contact with our client care specialist she just into the fray when rhonda was on vacation. these is not an easy sell and remediating the house took a bit of co-ordination. she was right there with us. also when trucks were hard to come buy one call from her and we had what we needed.

they don't come any better.

brian worked around the clock carrying water for the sellers' agent. i'm convinced this sale wouldn't have been possible with a lesser agent.

i had sat down with several other real estate agents before selecting yiwei. i was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge and awareness of my homeowners community. it was clear to me he did his homework before our initial meeting and this made the agent selection rather simple. moreover during our interaction over the 3-month period it was clear he kept up-to-date on the community and what houses were for-sale or sold to help tailor our marketing approach. in other discussions with yiwei it was clear he was alertly aware of the current economic trends and reports with regards to real-estate. interviewing other realtors i concluded they knew nothing about the neighborhood before our meeting and seemed rather clueless about the on-going economic turmoil and its effects on real-estate in general. i was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the sale process.

teresa cho was another excellent individual to work with. she was extremely prompt with responses back to me and helped me whenever i requested it. for example i was finding it difficult to get a call-back from the settlement agent and teresa offered to call the agent and ensure they got back to me. several hours after teresa informed she made contact with the settlement agent i received a call from the said individual. teresa was professional throughout our interaction and was very much on-top of things. i did not feel like just another seller listing with the creig northrop team. she made it a very personalized service and i appreciate that.

we have used susan souder for several real estate transactions over the years. she is a wealth of information and i would use no one else for my real estate needs.

cindy was compassionate about my situation. i was made the personal representative of my mother's estate had a relative living at the property who was not cooperating and had a ton of other elements to resolve. cindy never blinked was confident the property would sell and was always upbeat and positive.

my client care specialist was teresa cho and like cindy she was a gem during this process. she held my hand during each step and even though i am a adult that is exactly what i needed. kudos also goes out to the gentleman (dervon hampton ?) who took the exterior picture of the property.

patience is a virtue and marc has been very patient despite our impatience with the delays inherent in a short sale purchase. always responsive day or evening weekday or weekend. very understanding and compassionate.
